Our privileged situation in the center of the Valencian community on the shores of our MEDITERRANEAN, allows us to have a great varietal richness, richness that identifies and marks the difference in our oils, the essences, the aromas of our saws, permeate the fruity of our PREMIUN, Our totally unique EVOOs are made with varieties ranging from VILLALONGA, ALFAFARA, FARGA and SERRANA to BLANQUETA, CHANGLOT REAL FARGA DE ESPADAN, CORNICABRA and ARBEQUINA.

VILLALONGA

Centered its origin in the central regions of the Valencian Community, produces oils with an intense fruity green characteristics of freshly cut grass with spicy nuances. It is the variety whose cultivation is the most widespread

ALFAFARA

Brought to our lands through the MEDITERRANEAN by the Phoenicians, this late variety of high content in polyphenols and antioxidant power, provides intense aromatic oils and with a slight spicy touch. Its high oleic content makes it one of the most heart-healthy oils.

CHANGLOT REAL

Discovered in the Sierra de Enguera at the beginning of the twentieth century, it has an intense fruitiness with aromas of apple and tomato followed by bitter and spicy flavors of medium intensity. Its high oleic content gives it great stability.

BLANQUETA

Almost monocultural variety of central regions along with the Alfafara, has its maximum expression in the Alicante mountain, it provides very aromatic oils with a note of green almond, walnut and artichoke, with very mild sensations of spicy and bitter with an apple background.

FARGA

Variety that produces an oil of great body and complexity, pleasant flavor, fine and with a marked personality, related to the haste of its harvest. It has a golden yellow color with green highlights at the beginning of the season. The palate is broad with bitter and spicy well defined and determined. The early harvest is fundamental where it is expressed with extraordinary levels of quality, very widespread in the north of Castellon.
